Outpatient programmes for patients and whānau

At Te Puna Ora o Tōtara, our day programmes are designed to offer educational and socialisation activities for patients and their whānau throughout their palliative care journey. These programmes offer access to palliative rehabilitation, family support, socialisation opportunities, and clinical care, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

In addition to these services, we provide cultural support, well-being activities, educational resources, and bereavement services. Our holistic approach ensures that we address the physical, emotional, and cultural needs of patients and their families, helping them live well during their time with us.

Explore the variety of groups and programmes available to Tōtara Hospice patients and their whānau, all aimed at enhancing quality of life and providing essential support.
