A Special General Meeting is called for Wednesday 23 October 2024 at 7pm
To be held at the premises of Tōtara Hospice, 140 Charles Prevost Drive, The Gardens
As a requirement of our Charitable status with the Charities Commission, we are required to review the Constitution every three years.
The business of the SGM is to adopt the amendments to the Constitution, by a resolution to be passed by at least three quarters of those Friends of Hospice present.
Copies of the Constitution will be made available upon your confirmation of attendance.

The Tōtara Foundation - 20th Annual General Meeting
Will be held on Wednesday 23 October 2024 in the Francis Fennell Conference Centre, Totara Hub, 140 Charles Prevost Drive, Manurewa following the SGM
Nominations are invited for the election of members to the Board of Trustees of Tōtara Hospice.
